Ongoing support provides regular, hands-on assistance within the home, maintaining a consistently high standard of organisation, cleanliness and day-to-day household management.

Regular visits allow me to become familiar with the home, its routines and the preferences of the people living within it. Support may include general household cleaning, laundry and wardrobe care, maintaining kitchens and living spaces, organising cupboards and storage, changing linen, running errands, managing household supplies and attending to the smaller jobs that accumulate throughout the week.

For households with children or pets, I am also happy to incorporate their day-to-day needs into my visits. This might mean keeping children's spaces organised, preparing things for the week ahead, helping with pet care, collecting household necessities or taking care of practical tasks that simply need someone to handle them.

The value of ongoing support is in the familiarity that develops over time. Rather than needing to provide a list of instructions at every visit, I become accustomed to how your household operates, what you prefer and what requires attention. This allows me to work independently, notice what needs doing and take care of it before it becomes another task for you to manage.
